Crystal Lake

These pictures tell the story of early morning life on a small pond in Newton Centre known as Crystal Lake.

I'd been walking around this lake for years, always in a big hurry to get to wherever it was I thought I might be going. One day it occurred to me that I was so focused on the destination, I was missing out on the journey. It was then that I decided to stop,  look at what was unfolding right before my eyes, and record that beauty in photographs.
